– the sale of a portion of Greengate’s renewable power development portfolio to Northland Power Inc. Greengate sold a development pipeline of solar and storage projects in Alberta encompassing over 1.6 GW and 1.2 GWh, respectively. – advising Greengate in respect of the project financing of the Paintearth Wind Project 198MW. Greeengate has a 25% interest in the project.
