Lorne is a highly experienced lawyer and he focuses on project development and \ufb01nance in the electrical power, renewables, energy and infrastructure sectors. In particular, Lorne has extensive experience with financings in the bank and capital markets and has been involved in a number of the larger project development and project \ufb01nance transactions in Canada. Lorne has also had signi\ufb01cant experience with international project development and finance.
